巴哈马商会（The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce）成立于1935年，总部设在拿骚，现有企业、团体和个体会员345 家（截止到2005年2月10日），会员代表700余人。
巴商会是代表巴私人企业的中介机构。其主要职责为：充当政府和私人企业之间的联系人，向政府提出建议，为会员企业提供咨询服务；举办各类研讨会；与国外同类机构进行接触、交流；定期出版会员名录。
巴商会领导机关为理事会（Board of Directors）,设会长（President）一名，常务理事（Executive Director）一名，理事若干名，由会员代表大会（general meeting）选举产生，任期两年。商会的日常工作由常务理事负责。理事会下设建筑（Construction），跨国公司、职业和商务(International Companies, Professional & Business Services)，制造(Manufacturing)，销售(Sales)，交通运输(Transportation)等6个业务部门,办理具体业务。
巴商会经费来源于会费及团体、个人捐赠。企业会员分为A、B、C、D四级，按雇员人数缴纳会费。A级（Class A）,雇员人数为2-10名，会费$200/年；B级（Class A）,雇员人数为11-30名，会费$400/年；C级（Class A）,雇员人数为31-50名，会费$700/年；D级（Class A）,雇员人数50名以上，会费$1000/年。其他会员交纳会费的情况为：个人，$150/年；团体，$500/年。
